- 3 tbsplime juice
- 2 tbspsugar
- 0.5 cupwarm water
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1Thai chilies, sliced (1-2)
- 1 tbspshredded carrot
Method
1.Dissolve sugar
Stir the sugar into the warm water until it dissolves.
2.Balance
Add fish sauce, lime, garlic, and chili. Taste and balance the sweet, sour, salty.
3.Serve
Float the carrot on top. Serve at room temp.
