Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guild Membership ($7.99/month), Full Access ($14.99/month), and the recurring $7.99/month portion of the Pitmaster Path are non-refundable.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@smokebrothersguild.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

The $97 one-time Pitmaster Path training purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@smokebrothersguild.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the $97 to your original payment method.

What a refund includes: only the $97 one-time payment. The recurring $7.99/month portion is governed by the monthly subscription rule above — cancel it separately if you no longer want site access.

What happens after a refund: your permanent training access is revoked. You will drop back to whatever recurring tier (if any) you still have active.

Email support@smokebrothersguild.com from the address on your account. Include your account email and, if you have it, the receipt from your purchase. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can resolve most billing issues faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in your account being suspended.

If Smoke Brothers Guild is ever permanently discontinued, monthly subscription fees are not refundable except as required by law. See our Terms of Service, Section 4, for details on lifetime access and discontinuation.
