Memphis Rib Rub
Paprika-forward, low sugar, built for ribs served dry with sauce on the side. Best on pork ribs and pork chops.

- 1 tbspkosher salt
- 1 tbspblack pepper
- 1 tbspgarlic powder
- 1 tbsponion powder
- 2 tsplight brown sugar
- 1 tspcelery salt
- 1 tspcayenne
- 1 tspdried oregano
Method
1.Mix the rub
Mix and store airtight in a jar.
2.Apply and cook
Dust the ribs a second time right before they come off the smoker for that classic Memphis dry finish.
