  • 4green chilies (serrano or Thai)
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 0.5 tspground cardamom
  • 0.5 tspground coriander
  • 0.3 cupolive oil
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 0.5 tspsalt

Method

    Pulse everything into a coarse paste, not a smooth puree.

    Loosen with a little more oil if needed.

    Store with a thin film of oil on top to keep the color.
