Yakitori Tare

- 0.5 cupsoy sauce
- 0.5 cupmirin
- 0.3 cupsake
- 2 tbspsugar
- 1 clovegarlic, smashed
- 1 sliceginger
Method
1.Combine
Combine everything in a small saucepan.
2.Reduce
Simmer and reduce by about a third until it coats a spoon, roughly 15 minutes.
3.Strain
Strain out the garlic and ginger. Brush on in the last few minutes, then again right off the heat.
