  • 3 tbspdoenjang (fermented soybean paste)
  • 1 tbspgochujang
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1scallion, minced
  • 1 tsptoasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1.Combine

    Stir everything into a thick paste.

  2. 2.Glaze

    For a glaze, loosen with a tablespoon of water and brush on late.

  3. 3.Dip

    For a dip, leave it thick and serve on the side with the sliced pork.
