  • 1 cupnatural peanut butter
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 1 tbspred curry paste
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 tspgrated ginger

Method

  1. 1.Warm

    Warm everything in a saucepan over low heat, whisking smooth.

  2. 2.Simmer

    Simmer 5 minutes. Thin with water or more coconut milk to pouring consistency.

    Serve warm. It thickens fast as it cools.
