  • 1tomato, roasted
  • 0.3 cuptoasted almonds
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 slicebread, fried in olive oil
  • 2 tbspsherry vinegar
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 0.3 cupolive oil
  • 0.5 tspsalt

Method

  1. 1.Blend base

    Blend the peppers, tomato, almonds, garlic, and fried bread into a coarse paste.

  2. 2.Emulsify

    Stream in the oil until it emulsifies, then add vinegar, paprika, and salt.

  3. 3.Rest

    Rest an hour. It gets better and the flavors marry.
