- 1onion, finely diced
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 cuptomato sauce or passata
- 0.3 cupfruit chutney (mango or apricot)
- 2 tbspWorcestershire
- 2 tbsptomato ketchup
- 1 tbspcider vinegar
- 1 tbspbrown sugar
- 1 tspmustard powder
- hot sauce
Method
1.Sweat aromatics
Soften the onion and garlic in a little oil until translucent.
2.Simmer
Add everything else and simmer 15 minutes until thick and jammy.
3.Serve
Serve warm over grilled beef.
