- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
1.Mix the marinade
Combine everything in a bowl or jar.
2.Marinate — watch the clock
Marinate 4 to 12 hours. Watch the clock on chicken since there's real acid here — over-marinating turns the surface chalky.
