- 1 tbspprepared horseradish
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tspcoarse black pepper
- 1 tspsugar
- 0.5 tspgarlic powder
- 0.5 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspcayenne
Method
1.Whisk
Whisk everything cold in a bowl.
2.Rest
Rest in the fridge at least an hour before serving.
3.Serve
Brush on chicken in the last few minutes off the smoker, or serve on the side.
